1) I think that Yoko is very strong and also hard headed because she wants almost everything to go her way.You can tell she is hard headed because when her mom said she couldn't eat some dried fish she started to moan and groan. Also she is very strong because she went through all of the bloodiness of war and still helped out all of the patients.
2)They are good friends and sisters.They fight but almost all siblings fight.She calls her Honorable sister because she is so brave and she did a lot of stuff to help out the patients on the train.
3)I think they handled the situation very good because they helped them out even though the didn't have to.They also shared their blankets and Yoko shared her blanket with the preganet mother.Their character is very strong because it takes a strong person to help out others way more than you even when you are starving.

I agree with you that Yoko can be a little hard headed and stubborn. But I agree that going through a war, you have to be strong like Yoko.
i like what you sayed for question 3 i agree with what you sayed it is hard to help out some one that is heart really bad evern thought they didn't fully want to help they still did
I agree with you about her character. shes very strong because even though she didn't want to perform for all the sick people she did. She also didn't want to put on the dead soldiers clothes, but she did anyyway.
2. I agree that the sisters love each other and it's true that all siblings fight. I also think that Yoko calls her siter honorable, because it's a respect and cultural thing.
I do think that Yoko is a very strong little girl but not that tough. She does seem like a reqular little girl who has to get what she wants when she wants it. Although for having a war going on while you are walking on railroad tracks just listening ot it, she is very strong for that.
